A former U.S. Marine is forced to become the international criminal he once fought against when a powerful and violent drug cartel kidnaps his wife and daughter. He has no choice but to pilot a submarine with the cartel’s large shipment of cocaine and something that he discovers is much worse into the U.S. to get the cartel to release his family.
