Selangor executive councillor Borhan Aman Shah has admitted to and apologised for violating the Hari Raya Aidilfitri standard operating procedure (SOP).<br /><br />Kuala Langat police have opened an investigation paper into the politician for having house guests during the festive period.<br /><br />In a statement today, Borhan apologised and said he will cooperate with the investigation.
