<br /><br />The North Central Regional Health Authority is seeking to clarify where the decision to rotate high level medical staff at the Couva Hospital came from.<br /><br />Initially, it was said that the rotation was based on a request from the Medical Chief of Staff.<br /><br />The NCRHA maintains that, but is now attributing the actual decision to the Director of Health.<br /><br />Alicia Boucher has more in this report.
