Nearly 10,000 residents of Kelantan did not turn up to receive their Covid-19 vaccine jabs as of yesterday.<br /><br />Most of them who failed to show up were the elderly, aged 60 and above.<br /><br />State Health Department director Dr Zaini Hussin said one of the reasons for their absence was due to health problems.
