Wales caretaker manager Rob Page and defender Ben Davies said on Monday that star forward Gareth Bale's involvement with the country at Euro 2020 is "absolutely important."<br /><br />Bale was a key member of the Wales team that exceeded all expectations at Euro 2016 in France, where they reached the semi-finals before defeat to eventual champions Portugal.<br /><br />Page has taken over caretaker managerial duties from Ryan Giggs, who was arrested in April after being charged with coercive control and actual bodily harm in relation to his ex-girlfriend, while he was also charged with assault by beating relating to a second woman, and he will go on trial on 24th January next year.<br /><br />Wales have been drawn in Group A along with Italy, Switzerland and Turkey and Page hoped his side can go "toe-to-toe with all of them" as they bid to reach the knockout stages.
