The International Trade and Industry Ministry (Miti) said it is not the sole arbiter of which firms can operate during the total lockdown period.<br /><br />Its minister Azmin Ali (above) explained that various ministries were involved in vetting applications through Miti’s Covid-19 intelligent management system (CIMS 3.0).<br /><br />“Fifteen ministries use the CIMS 3.0 system to expedite the process of vetting applications for approval to operate under their respective sectors.<br /><br />“After these ministries verify these applications, these companies in question will be able to print their approval letters through CIMS 3.0," he said in a statement today.
