It really so fluffy and moist in the inside.<br />✔️Dough<br />1 cup milk (fresh or evap) <br />1/4 cup brown sugar <br />1 tsp yeast <br />1 large egg <br />3 cups all purpose flour <br />1/4 cup dry milk powder<br />3 tbsp margarine <br />Eggwash (1 whole egg + 2tbsp milk)<br /><br />Baking time: 20 mins @ 150C <br />Please check your actual bread texture when baking coz the time & temp may vary with the oven <br /><br />hope you will enjoy this recipe.
