ACT – Assessing low Carbon Transition is a joint voluntary initiative of the UNFCCC secretariat Global Climate Agenda co-founded by ADEME and CDP. ACT provides sectoral methodologies as an accountability framework to assess how companies’ strategies and actions contribute to the Paris mitigation goals.<br /><br />This video is the recorded webinar delivered on the 1st June 2021:<br />• Providing key elements of the ACT Pulp & Paper methodology, <br />• Outlining the opportunity to contribute to the public consultation, <br />• Covering information about the benefits, timeline and requirements for businesses to join the ACT Pulp & Paper methodology road test. <br />ACT methodology development follow a multi-stakeholders approach and experimentation by volunteer companies to ensure the methodology is adapted and addresses the low carbon transition challenges the sector activities face.
