To say that a rate review for T&TEC is long overdue might be an understatement, given that such an undertaking is scheduled to be done every five years by the Regulated Industries Commission.<br /><br /><br />However, the RIC says, it is still waiting on T&TEC to provide certain relevant information for a successful review to be done and the waiting game doesn't stop there.<br /><br /><br />Here's Alicia Boucher with more in this report.
