The Women, Family and Community Development Ministry has recommended that women giving birth in hospitals be given the Covid-19 vaccine before they are discharged.<br /><br />Its minister Datuk Seri Rina Harun said that on Sunday (June 27), and also suggested for babysitters to be given the vaccination at 49 Nur Sejahtera Clinics.<br /><br />The minister also acknowledged low vaccine registration rate involving people with disabilities (OKU), and added that the ministry was also in discussions with e-hailing companies to help provide transport for the group to the vaccination centres (PPV), as well as setting up drive-through PPVs for the group.<br /><br />WATCH MORE: https://thestartv.com/c/news<br />SUBSCRIBE: https://cutt.ly/TheStar<br />LIKE: https://fb.com/TheStarOnline
