Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Mustapa Mohamed was photographed dining-in at a cafe in his constituency of Jeli in Kelantan on Saturday.<br /><br />The photograph was uploaded by the cafe itself to thank Mustapa for visiting and hearing out their plight.<br /><br />Following this, Mustapa apologised for breaching the standard operating procedure (SOP) against Covid-19.
