<br /> <br /><br />The Opposition Leader tore one of the two bills for self-government for Tobago in half before the media as she says it was gutted to such an extent that the special majority clauses in them were removed.<br /><br />This, as the House of Representatives continued its debate on the matter in the absence of the Opposition after its walk out on Tuesday.<br /><br />The Attorney General is calling on the Opposition to bring their own amendments as the bills were not passed on Wednesday.<br /><br />Juhel Browne reports.
