Former Punjab minister Navjot Singh Sidhu, who offered a solution to the state's unprecedented power crisis on Friday, allegedly owes the state power utility PSPCL over Rs 8.67 lakh in pending bills for nine months. <br />Soon after the Congress leader tweeted the solution to the Punjab government's power problems, photos purportedly of his pending electricity bill began circulating on social media.
