The Delhi government has ordered the closure of markets in East Delhi's Laxmi Nagar over alleged violation of Covid-19 safety protocols. The market will remain closed until further orders. <br />In an order issued on July 4, the Lajpat Nagar Market Traders Association has been asked to show cause why action should not be taken against them for violating Covid-19 norms. <br />Meanwhile, the association has been directed to ensure that all unlock SOPs in the market are implemented within a single day.
