<br /><br /> <br /><br />The Ministry of Health does not agree that government is taking a gamble by allowing vaccinated nationals to enter the country without having to quarantine, when borders reopen on July 17th.<br /><br /><br />In fact, the Ministry of Health says all eventualities have been considered, so much so that it describes the border re-opening protocols as "sufficiently robust".
