<br /><br />After giving up twin babies at birth, a Penal mother is tonight sharing her story in the hope of reuniting wit them... more than two decades later.<br /><br />The woman says she gave them up....only bcause she wanted them to have a better life than the one she could have offered.<br /><br />She told our reporter Cindy Raghubar-Teekersingh that her health has been deteriorating and she wants nothing more than to find out how her babies turned out and where they are now.
