Tristan Thompson Wins<br />$50K in Libel Lawsuit <br />Against Paternity Accuser.<br />Tristan Thompson has been awarded a default judgement<br />in his libel case against Kimberly Alexander.<br />According to legal documents obtained by 'TMZ,'<br />Alexander has to pay Thompson $50,000 and <br />10 percent interest per year until it's paid off.<br />Alexander also owes nearly<br />$3,000 in court costs. .<br />Thompson sued Alexander for libel last year after<br />she publicly accused him of fathering her child. .<br />Even after he took a paternity test and<br />"definitively concluded” he was not the father,<br />Alexander publicly continued her accusations. .<br />Thompson sued her<br />for $100,000 in damages,<br />claiming she hurt his<br />reputation and cost him<br />endorsement deals. .<br />The court ultimately cut the damages<br />down to $50,000 because Thompson didn’t<br />name the specific endorsements he lost.<br />Alexander may soon see legal action<br />from Khloé Kardashian as well. .<br />According to 'TMZ,' Kardashian’s attorney sent<br />Alexander a cease-and-desist letter in June 2021 for<br />continuing to harass the celebrity on social media. .<br />You put words in her mouth that she<br />never said and that she wouldn’t say.<br />You faked the whole thing.
