•INGREDIENTS•<br /><br />1kl chicken<br />Onion <br />Garlic<br />1/4 cup Soy sauce<br />Salt & Pepper to taste<br />2 tbsp brown Sugar<br />Oil as needed<br />water<br />2 tbsp vinegar<br />bay leaf<br /><br />-Sautee onion and garlic<br />-Put chicken simmer for 20min or until oil of chicken comes out<br />-Put SoySauce salt pepper bay leaf &1 cup of water cover for 15min<br />-remove chicken also sauce put in separate bowl<br />-Same pan put oil ,.put chicken fry for 5min<br />-then put again sauce vinegar sugar and 1/4 cup water -in high heat -until sauce thickens<br /><br />daraaaannnn soooo yummy!!!
