STATE OF THE CITY<br /><br />Manila City Mayor Francisco "Isko Moreno" Domagoso, along with Vice Mayor Honey Lacuna, gestures as he delivers his 3rd State of the City Address (SOCA) inside City Hall, on July 15, 2021. He said that while many businesses have closed, more have opened in Manila.
