PKR Senator: Who failed, the government, or the people?

Senator (PKR) Ismail Yusop said the people have been wrongfully blamed for the current Covid-19 situation.<br /><br />Speaking on a video posted on the PKR Facebook page, he said the current situation is the results of a failed administration.
