Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on Friday took a dig at the Yogi-led government for “spreading anarchy” and alleged that democracy is being ripped off in the state. <br />The Congress leader, who arrived in Lucknow, also accused the UP government of inciting violence during the recent panchayat elections. While addressing a press conference, Priyanka Gandhi said, "There is a cheerful haran of democracy in Uttar Pradesh.”
