The Manipur High Court July 23 released journalist Kishorechandra Wangkhem who was detained under the National Security Act (NSA) over his post on social media on the death of a BJP leader. “I am happy that judiciary system is more strengthened and no one is above the law. I hope that better judgments should prevail to all in days to come.” said wife of Kishorechandra Elangbam Ranjita.
