Dzulkelfy Ahmad (Harapan- Kuala Selangor) has described Putrajaya's move to conduct mass testing for Covid-19 as "too late".<br /><br />The former health minister also predicted that the number of infections would continue to rise despite the National Recovery Plan (NRP).
