The Appeal Court has ordered a retrial for Marlon King, the man convicted with the 2006 murder of his stepdaughter, Amy Emily Annamunthodo. <br /> <br />King was sentenced to death in 2012 after being found guilty of murdering the four-year-old girl. <br /> <br />Marlan Hopkinson has this report compiled by Rikki Ramdass of the Trinidad Express.
