Troops to be deployed to help deal with Sydney's COVID crisis

Just like the bushfires and the start of the pandemic, troops are again preparing to be deployed to deal with the escalating crisis in NSW. But it's a decision that has divided communities in parts of Sydney where the virus continues to spread.
