Former prime minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad chaired the first shadow national recovery council meeting yesterday.<br /><br />The Langkawi MP also revealed that Health Ministry Director-General Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah made an appearance on the virtual meeting to brief those present.
