An elderly man is among a few people still stranded in St. Ann's. <br /> <br />That's after a bridge in their area, collapsed during Tuesday's floods. <br /> <br />Also clean-up and restoration works continue. <br /> <br />And, their Councillor is seeking to assure those impacted that even if they don't hear from him directly, relief is on the way.
