'Despite how dangerous it is, tornado chasing is one fascinating activity and this dramatic footage is proof of the same. <br /><br />This clip features Andrew Sytsma witnessing a multiple-vortex tornado causing significant damage to a rural farming community near Waverly, IA. <br /><br />The filmer explained: "On July 14th (2021), I departed from Illinois to chase a volatile situation in Iowa. I was initially targeting the central storm near Stanhope, IA but as I was monitoring a developing storm to the North, I noticed rotation. I targeted the Northern cell and as I approached it, the storm started to show key signs of a prolific tornado producer."<br /><br />He added: "I followed it East a few miles as I approached Shell Rock, IA.
