'This was the exact moment Emily Tillotson realized why crash mats are so commonly used with pole-related activities. <br /><br />Filmed in Austin, Texas, this video features Emily almost breaking her left shoulder and/or neck due to a dramatic pole fail. <br /><br />She told us: "I was working on a new pole combo when an adjustment to a movie I made caused me to lose my grip.
