'A gruesome 3-car accident took place in Mishawaka, Indiana on April 15, 2021. <br /><br />The gripping footage filmed on Justin Sawvel's car's dashcam shows a t-bone crash that somehow ropes a third car into the whole chaos. <br /><br />The filmer said: "I saw the whole thing happen in front of me and pulled over to help if I could.
