'Heartbreaking footage emanating from Glasgow shows St Simon's church on fire. It was the third oldest Catholic church in the Archdiocese of Glasgow. <br /><br />This video was taken by Amie Foote, who happens to live near the church. She shared her story in the following words: "Last night at 2:30 am, my flatmate and I were awoken by the sound of glasses smashing, only to see the church about 3/4 meters from our flat engulfed in flames. We then watched from the bottom of our street as the roof caved in. It was like out of a movie.
