'Gripping footage of a lady setting her hair on fire while blowing out the candles on her birthday cake. <br /><br />This scene was caught on camera by one of the party guests, Les Olcott, who shared: "We belong to a Filipino/American group called Phil/Am. We love to get together, eat, and talk a lot. So, this video is from a birthday party we were invited to."<br /><br />Les added: "This party was organized by Jerry for his wife, Joy. Unfortunately, Joy missed a candle and her hair caught fire.
