'A disturbing/chaotic scene took place in Southaven, Mississippi on April 9, 2021, which shows a small pup getting attacked by two other dogs. <br /><br />"My neighbors let their dogs run loose," the filmer, Taylor Johnson wrote. "They have a Belgian Shepherd and a German Shepherd. The Belgian Shepherd, as seen in the video, has attacked multiple dogs including mine (Siberian Husky)."<br /><br />Taylor revealed that despite numerous complaints and calling Animal Control on multiple occasions, the dog owners have not had to pay any fines or surrender their pets. <br /><br />The filmer added: "The reason we set up our security system is because of their two dogs attacking mine.
