India reports 28,204 new Covid-19 cases, lowest in 147 days

India reported 28,204 new Covid cases in the last 24 hours on Tuesday. It is the lowest single-day case registered in 147 days. The recovery rate stood at 97.45 per cent. The active caseload in the country stood at 3,88,508.
