Former Los Angeles Lakers point guard Dennis Schroder is signing a one year contract with the Boston Celtics that will be for the $5.9 million taxpayer midlevel exception. Last season he average 15.4 points and 5.8 assists over 61 games.<br /><br />Before this signing, the Celtics weren't really active in NBA free agency, but now the team just signed a guy who turned down a $84 million extension that the Lakers offered him in March.<br /><br />On Instagram, the eight-year veteran posted: “I’m proud to announce that for the 2021-22 season, I’ll be playing with the Boston Celtics!
