Recipe:<br />Marinade chicken: add yogurt, salt chicken tikka masala spice, cumin, and mix all with your hand and massage your chicken I personally use chicken thigh. Leave it on the side for 20 to 30min so it marinades. You can do this the night before as well.<br />.<br />Once your chicken is marinated oil your pan and fries the chicken until it’s golden brownish.<br />When you are done frying with the same oil start the sauce. Fry onion, ginger, garlic, fresh green pepper, tomatoes, and season in the end again I used salt and chicken tikka masala seasoning. In the end, you can add your choice of creamer. I used coconut cream. Add your chicken and let boil for 20min.
