The opposition has a united front with 105 MPs backing PKR president Anwar Ibrahim as their choice for prime minister.<br /><br />The task for Anwar now is to close the gap and get at least six more MPs for a majority in the Dewan Rakyat.<br /><br />Anwar will be competing against Umno vice-president Ismail Sabri Yaakob, who is believed to be in the lead at the moment.<br /><br />Besides backing from Umno and BN, Ismail Sabri is also expected to get support from PAS and Bersatu.
