Fully vaccinated individuals who live in states under Phase 1 of the National Recovery Plan will now be able to dine in.<br /><br />Other rules relaxed for the fully vaccinated include more recreational and sporting activities, including fishing, hiking, camping, cycling, golf, and singles badminton or tennis matches.<br /><br />Caretaker prime minister Muhyiddin Yassin announced the new relaxation after chairing a National Security Council meeting today.<br /><br />Regions in Phase 1 of the NRP are Kedah, Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Negeri Sembilan, Malacca, Johor and Putrajaya.
