Heavy rain marked the beginning of the special Conference of Rulers today amid the ongoing search for a new prime minister.<br /><br />As of 3pm, the rulers of Kedah, Selangor, Terengganu, Perak, and Negeri Sembilan had already arrived at Istana Negara.
