Selangor ruler Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah expressed his disappointment over the reports on several state government officers and political leaders being involved in corrupt practices despite his warnings.<br /><br />In his speech at the opening of the Selangor state assembly sitting today he reminded everyone once again that he did not want to hear a single report on the involvement of any government official or political leader in Selangor being involved corrupt activities.<br /><br />He also called on the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) to conduct a thorough investigation into cases and said that heavy punishments should be given to convey the message to reject corruption.<br /><br /><br />Video source: https://youtu.be/9HrW4QspC8c
