Ukraine claims evacuation plane hijacked in Kabul, flown to Iran; retracts allegation later

Ukraine claimed that a plane that arrived in Kabul to evacuate its citizens has been hijacked by unidentified people who flew it to Iran. However, Ukraine has now retracted the hijack allegation.
