A man took a 15-year-old boy hostage on C3 Road in Caloocan City on Friday night.<br /><br />According to a Facebook live of Niño Salonga Manliclic, the hostage-taking started around 7 p.m.<br /><br />After one and a half hours, the victim was rescued by members of the Philippine National Police Special Weapons and Tactics.<br /><br />According to the report of DZRH, the victim was unharmed.
