Dewan Rakyat Speaker Azhar Azizan Harun today denied a news report claiming that he had rejected 15 motions calling for his removal.<br /><br />In a statement today, Azhar said while his office has received such motions, they were forwarded to the deputy speaker's office to avoid a conflict of interest.<br /><br />"I have never interfered in any matters concerning the motions. In fact, I don't know what were the decisions made by the deputy speaker," he said.
