This male lion was seen in Sabie River 21 Aug 2021 Kruger National Park just upstream from Nkhulu picnic spot with a lioness and they had a zebra kill to feed on.<br /><br />The male was not happy with some vultures trying to get to his and the females kill. The male tried to chase them but his belly was too full. The female had enough and she was lying in the river bed unconcerned. <br /><br />This couple has now been seen a couple of weeks around the high-level bridge towards Nkhulu picnic spot.
