Occurred on September 1, 2021 / Baltimore, Maryland, USA<br /><br />: "An accident dispute resulted on a fleeing car. The gentlemen trying to prevent the guy from fleeing got pushed by the car and ask for help while he was pushed by fleeing car. I managed to comeback to the scene and talk to the guy make sure he is okay and talk to police on the scene<br />the incident being investigated by BPD as for now."
