Restrictions will ease for regional Victoria, except for greater Shepparton at midnight tomorrow. There will be no limit on travel and schools will reopen for prep to year 2 and year 12 students. Most business and venues can reopen with capacity limits, and police will beef up patrols of the border between Melbourne and the regions.
