ACT records 24 new COVID-19 cases, six are unlinked

24 new cases have been detected in the ACT. Six spent time infectious in the community and three cases are under investigation. Chief Minister Andrew Barr says over half of Canberra’s population over the age of 16 are now fully vaccinated.
