Amrullah Saleh's brother killed by Taliban in Panjshir

Rohullah Saleh, brother of former Vice President Amrullah Saleh, was killed in Panjshir valley on Thursday night after being identified by the Taliban. Sources said he was tortured and executed by Taliban fighters.
