On Saturday, the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau (AAIB) released its investigation report into the tragic accident of Air India Express flight IX1344 that had claimed the lives of 21 persons, including both the pilots on board. <br /> <br />The report said that the PF (pilot flying) had not adhered to the SOP and ignored a warning call by the PM (pilot monitoring) and that led to the fatal accident.
