Occurred on August 21, 2019 / Salt Lake City, Utah, USA<br /><br />: I didn't speak with the other drivers turning left but I overheard them talking about the light being red. I believe they thought the light had turned red for my lane and that any oncoming traffic would stop at the light, allowing them to safely go through.
